These are stored in your browser’s local storage, not sent with every request.
The till
The till stores the staff session, a device identifier, display and printer settings, a copy of the menu, and any orders taken while offline so they can be sent when the connection returns. These are needed for the till to work and are not used for tracking.
Your choices
You can clear site data in your browser settings at any time. Clearing it on a shop’s website empties your basket and signs you out. Do not clear it on a till while it shows orders waiting to send.
